Joseph was born on May 19, 1917 and passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2010.

Joseph was a resident of Anderson, South Carolina at the time of his passing.

He was a 1939 graduate of Manhattan College.

He served in the United States Army National Guard.

He was preceded in death by his wife Katherine.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 5, 2010, at St. Joseph Catholic Church celebrated by Father Aubrey McNeil, OFM. Interment will follow in New Silver Brook Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Thursday, March 4, 2010, from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm. A Prayer Service will follow at 7:30 pm conducted by Father Hayden J. Vaverek.
