George was born on May 1, 1928 and passed away on Monday, April 12, 2010.

George was a resident of LaGrange, New York at the time of his passing.

George was a graduate of St. Michael�s Academy. He graduated with a Bachelor�s degree from Manhattan College in 1950 and graduated first in his class from New York Law School in 1959.

He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.

He is survived by his wife Jane.

Visiting hours will be held from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm Thursday, April 15, 2010 at the Parmele-Auchmoody Funeral Home, 110 Fulton Ave. Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 am Friday, April 16, at St. Mary�s Church, 231 Church St. Poughkeepsie, NY 12601. Burial will follow in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery, South Ave. Poughkeepsie.
