Charles "Billy Coon" Edward Howard, age 76, born August 10, 1935, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2012 in Semmes, AL. Mr. Howard was a resident of Tibbie, AL. He was a retired carpenter with Brown and Root and was a member of Tibbie Baptist Church.
