SandraF. (Weichel) Ireland, of Plymouth, died on Saturday February 18, 2012, at the Jordan Hospital in Plymouth. She was the beloved wife of Curtis L. Ireland. Sandra was the loving mother of the late Jane E. Helminiak. Beloved grandmother of Shaelyn V. Helminiak of Plymouth and mother in law of Marc S. Helminiak of Plymouth. Sister in law of Stanley Ireland of Plymouth, Donald Ireland of Florida, Jane Kelly of Kingston, Joanne Ireland of Florida, Aunt of Shawn Ireland, Kim Ireland and Heather Ireland, she is also survived by several cousins. Born in Plymouth September 28, 1940 the daughter of the late William and Mary (Torrance) Weichel. Sandra was a graduate of Plymouth High School class of 1958. She worked for the Plymouth School Dept. as a Cafeteria Team Leader. Sandra enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and at her home sitting on the deck enjoying the sun, she also enjoyed going to the beach, going to antique shows, flea markets, and collecting antiques. Funeral Service on Wednesday at 1:00 pm in the Zion Lutheran Church 384 Court St. Plymouth. Visiting hour from 12 noon till 1:00 pm in the Loring Center prior to the service. Burial in Vine Hills Cemetery in Plymouth. Memorial donations may be made to the Shaelyn V.
