JAKOB F. VON DER VELLEN age 19. Beloved son of Kent and Kimberly (nee Lasley). Loving brother of Kaitlin and Kerry. Cherished grandson of John and Patricia Von Der Vellen and David and Patricia Lasley. Dearest nephew of Dean Lasley (Kristen), Susan Garner (Timothy), Vincent (Anne), Brad (Angie) and Derek (Andrea) Von Der Vellen. Special cousin of Emily, Travis, Adelynn, Victoria, Andrew, Hannah, Allison, Ty(deceased), Jace, Elle and Cole. Jakob was a sophomore at Ohio Wesleyan University, President of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity and active volunteer in numerous campus and charitable organizations. Everyone is asked to meet for a Mass of Christian Burial, Holy Martyrs Parish, 3100 S. Weymouth Road, Medina, OH on Thursday March 22, 2012 at 10:30 AM. Final Resting Place Spring Grove Cemetery. Friends received Tuesday & Wednesday 4 – 8 PM at THE A.RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (West of I-71).
