Ruby A. Haynes Godbey Neal

Ruby A. Haynes Godbey Neal, 86, of Kanawha City, passed away May 12, 2012 at home after a short illness.
Ruby was born in Charleston January 11, 1926 to the late William McKindley and Clara M. Haynes. She retired from Morris Harvey College and was a very loving person.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Lawrence R. Godbey and Ronald L. Neal; daughter, Peggy L. Godbey; brothers, Ed, Tommy, and Junior Haynes; sisters, Thelma Coleman and Jean Ashmore; granddaughter, Leslie Lanham and her grandson, Leslie Hansford Holstein.
Surviving her are children, Joann Baldwin and husband Clyde, Jr., of Centerville, PA; Margie Pritt and husband Richard of Murfreesboro, TN; Dennis Neal and Paul David Neal at Home; Lisa White and husband Paul of Charleston and Terry L. Godbey of Charleston; brothers, Donny and Holly Haynes both of Cross Lanes.
Eight Grandchildren, Eight Great Grandchildren and Two Great Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday May 15, 2012 at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with Minister Randy Osborne officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
Visitation with the family will be Monday from 6 to 8 PM at the Funeral Home.
