I first became aware of Soupy back in the late 70s watching the new Soupy Sales show on tv 20 WXON in Detroit. I was a big fan right there on the spot. When he was doing the Moldy Oldies show it inspired me to go into radio. I miss him and the radio isn't the same without his presence. God bless ya Soupy! One more thing, Soupy had a great line " Last night I had a dream I was a muffler and I woke up this morning exhausted"-Soupy Sales 1986 quote from the Moldy Oldies show. Great stuff!!

He was a very funny man and I watched his show every day when I was younger. He will be missed terribly.

My condolences to the family of Soupy Sales. How can I forget all the fun and silly laughs I had as a child watching you on TV. Taking those pies to the face was the funniest. Thank you for making my childhood memorial. I pray for your family that God will give them strength and comfort. Rest in the arms of Jesus now Soupy.

I was soooo upset when I heard Soupy had
passed away.... it just seems like yesterday
when I was watching him on t.v. as a kid and loving every minute of his genius and sillyness along with his fabulous white fang and blacktooth characters.... I will miss him dearly and will never forget him and what joy he brought to me, my friends and the world. R.I.P. Soupy
