I had always looked up to my grandfather as an exceptional super human. Someone who for his age, was impressively active both physically and mentally. My fondest memories are of Grandpa Brown guiding my sister and I through his raspberry field in Maine. We were supposed to pick berries for a pie or whatever it was he was going to cook up. Instead my sister and I thought the raspberrys were so delicious we ate almost every one we picked.

Greetings to all the cousins and family! My brother Darryl and I enjoyed being with Alan and Lee in Maine at a family reunion, then again in FL. Uncle Alan always wanted me to play chess with him and 2x out of 15 games I made him think a little longer before he beat me. He loved his siblings and we are so happy Aunt Martha and Aunt Alice were able to speak with him the eve of his departure. I am so appreciative of the love and respect he instilled in me for art. He sent me to Brooklyn Museum School when I was 16, then did
