Memories & Candles
Karen,
Just finding out about this and am very sorry for your loss. I worked with your Dad many Fridays and Saturdays at the auction. Our family were good friends with him. He will be missed. :(

What a wonderful tribute for a wonderful man. Uncle Gene will be missed for all that he was and all that he did. He supported us all and always had "our backs". Love you, Uncle Gene. Please keep us surrounded with your protective spirit.

Karen, I'm so sorry to hear of Gene's passing. He was a true friend/cousin, and I will miss our visits. However, like you, I have wonderful memories of him...at his shop, the auction, Bel Air Bakery, the 7-11, the softball fields â as well as "The Early Bird Tournament" â, etc...even if he nearly walked me to death during two days at the Hillsville, VA, Labor Day Show. He taught me sooooo much about antiques, softball and being a person. No one could not help but love the guy. RIP, Gene, and God Speed!

I am so sorry for your loss. My dad Bob Coale and Gene were good buddies. He was there everyday for my dad through his illness. If there is anything you need never fail to ask.
