Jeanne and family,

I just now learned of and regret hearing of Larry's passing. He was one of the individuals I truly respected and enjoyed working with, both while at Ebasco and after he left to join (at that time) HL&P. First met Larry in Florida at St. Lucie and then joined him in Texas for WAParish and Allens Creek. Georgia and I pass along our condolences and best wishes to you and the rest of your family.

Jeanne, I was saddened to learn of Larry's passing; he was definitely one of the best persons I have ever had the pleasure to work for. He truly cared for the people on his team and he inspired others to be their best. I particularly recall that when construction of St. Lucie Unit 2 was halted in the mid-70s, Larry insisted, against direction from upper management, that all of the employees be told rather than to have them read it

I knew of Mr. Horrigan when I first started working at HL&P, but really came to know who he was at the Connect center when he took over the SAP Implementation project. It was a priviledge working with him. I remember his retirement and how Jeanne and some of his family came up to partake in the event. What great, personable leader he was. I'll miss him and am grateful I got to know him and see him on a day-to-day basis.

Larry will be eternally missed. He was a great leader of ours at our work making sure that we all knew what was expected of us but he also was genuinely concerned about our families and family life. I remember him being the first to call to see if we were all right the morning after Hurricane Alicia. Our condolences to Jeanne and Family and you can be assured of our friendship forever.

Jeanne, I recall some special occasions with you and Larry both at your home, and in the course of "business". I admired Larry for his creativeness, sense of humor, and for both of you for your genuine interest in people. God Bless. Dianne and Fred McGuire

Jeanne and Family, We are sorry for your loss. I first met Larry in 1968 at the Cedar Bayou power plant in Baytown being constructed by Ebasco. I learned a lot from and always enjoyed being around him. Richard Alexander

My condolences to the Horrigan family. It was my great pleasure to know Larry as a friend and colleague. He offered leadership in both the working world and about life itself. He was truly an inspiration.
