I enjoyed working with Gary! We always had fun discussing politics and who would win between the cats and the cards. He will be missed!

Mrs. Hughes,
I am so sorry for your loss and will pray for comfort and peace for you and his family!

Worked with Gary since 2004. Never saw him that he wasn't smiling or had a friendly greeting. He will be missed by his coworkers and the Veterans that he served. My prayers and tears are with his family.

To the family of Gary, remember that earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal. Gary and I met latter in life at St. Stephen. I am truly blessed that God allowed our paths to cross. He always had uplifting spiritual knowledge which he shared with me as he sat behind me in church. Gone but never to be forgotten will be your words of wisdom. To God be the glory!

I worked with Gary and we always talked about the Lord. I remembered sharing with him what God showed me. A wonderful sign from God. We see it everyday. STOP sign. I have lost several friends from a heart attack these few past months. Their lives came to a quick end. The STOP sign is covered in red (The blood of Jesus) the white letters (The purity of Christ-He was without sin). The letters in the word STOP remind me

My sincere condolences to the family of Gary Hughes. Gary and I attended DuValle Junior High School together, and years later we were in the same Sunday School Class at St. Stephen Church. He was such a great person, always helping and contributing to projects, events, and special days at church. Our class has suffered a huge loss, but we find such comfort in knowing that our friend is safe in the arms of Jesus, for now and all eternity.
