The happiest days of my teaching career were when Cynthia served as a DE in our school! She was the kindest, gentlest person I have ever known. I loved her, her bright and hopeful spirit, and her selflessness! Rest in Peace, my friend!

I am so sorry for the passing of your loved one. I remember the first time I met Cynthia. I was secretary at The Phoenix School and she came in for a job interview. I considered her a friend and enjoyed her company at dinner and admired her dedication to the students, her support for teachers and it was a joy

I met Cynthia at Central when she was our "highly skilled educator" from the State Department. We developed a wonderful friendship and would always room together at the Assistant Principal's conferences. She was such a wonderful caring and loving person and will be greatly missed! Rest in Peace Cynthia. God has another angel.

Cynthia was the most intelligent, compassionate, supportive and fair administrator I was fortunate enough to work with during my teaching career. As a disciplinarian for students, she was consistent and patient, directing them to make better choices; as a teacher, at heart, with high expectations, she recognized individual differences, and focused students to want more for themselves in the learning process. Cynthia "walked the talk" in her passionate, uncompromising drive to make certain "students come first." She lifted me up
