Just find out of Dr Quiambao(rip) passing he was my doctor in the military at Detrick and for many years after I retired in 2003. He was an inventor and always with ideas to get something new invented and patented. Mission of Mercy will missed him. To the family God bless you all for having him.

RIP, Dr. Q. I am completely shocked. You were our doctor on Ft. Detrick and was always so nice to talk to. I can't believe you are gone, and wish your family peace during this time.

Rest in peace Dr Q. Although I was a patient, I consider you a friend. You took care of me, my wife and my two sons. I will miss our talks about politics, the Redskins, Catholic school, the DC area in the 50s and 60s, deer hunting and many more subjects all crammed into a 15 minute Dr visit. Our family will miss you greatly.

Luis loved The Lord and his family. He was kind, extremely intelligent, had a great sense of humor and loved helping others. I was blessed to have known him and I celebrate his life on earth and his reward in Heaven. Rest in Peace My Friend
