My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Jack Carpenter.
Sorry for your loss.

To the family of Jack Carpenter, I met Jack shortly after I moved to DeKalb many years ago. He graciously welcomed me to the community. Jack was always a joy to be around with a great smile and good sense of humor.
He will be greatly missed.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family.
Sincerely,
Danita Bemis

Jack and I were classmates and close friends at St. Mary's and at DeKalb High School. While our contacts since then have been confined to reunions and at Occasional NIU games, I shall miss him and will forever cherish the coming-of-age experiences we shared. Sincere condolences to the Carpenter family.

Jack and I were close friends throughout the years at St. Mary's and DeKalb High School. While our contacts since have been confined to reunions and occasional NIU games, I shall, nevertheless, cherish the coming of age experiences we shared. Sincere condolences to the Carpenter family.
