To my dear friend Linda and the Woodham family , I am saddened to learn of the passing of Jack . He fought bravely and tackled his illness as he did life , with resolve and determination. I always enjoyed the time I spent with Jack , our chats on the telephone , the laughter and also the more intellectual and fascinating exchanges we had . Linda , your loyalty and commitment to Jack were truly wonderful. My sincerest condolences to all . Fondly , Shirley .

A truly unique individual! Jack was extremely intelligent, probably a genius, and also very witty. One thing that I always remember is that Jack didn't care much about what he ate. He said food is fuel and that was all that mattered about it. Spoken like a true engineer! And if you sent him an email that was not accurate you would be getting a correction sent back quickly.

We had some good times in the old days.

R.I.P. Jack.

Jack was not only a Great Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Brother but a Reliable and Caring Friend and Coach to a lot of people he touched and even reformed. We are all privileged and fortunate to have worked with him and benefited from his wit and humor.
His last words with me was, "Life is a struggle but it has been a fun trip".
Indeed Jack, indeed! You will surely be missed!

Such a beautiful tribute to Jack's life. Everyone who knew him, will truly miss him. He was very brilliant and had a great sense of humor. May he rest in peace after his long fight with cancer. We are making a donation to Hospice, in his name, in lieu of flowers.

We miss Jack already and the magnitude of his loss has not yet been fully realized. Jack was a very loving, caring and supportive Husband, Father, Grandpa, and Friend who so generously shared his time and talents with others, and he had great love and devotion for his Family. I, especially, enjoyed his unique sense of humor and I admired him for his many fine attributes. We will cherish the memories of Jack and a life well lived. God Bless Jack.

My friendship with Jack began over 50 years ago at Procter & Gamble. He was a funny, kind, supportive and extremely generous man. He was a very loyal friend. I was blessed to be with him on his last good day. He was optimistic about going home to be with his family, computer and books. I will miss my dear friend, Jack. May he rest in peace. Our sincere condolences to Linda, Scott, John, Mark, Michelle and Nicholas. Love and peace, Patty & Jim
