Me, Stella and Cricket

My dearest Stella, you will be missed so much. Spending all last year with you was wonderful. You became one of my closest friends. We called ourselves the four Musketeers. Our leader has gone one before us. You were one of the most beautiful souls I have ever known. I love you and miss you so much.

I don't know if any of Stella's children will remember me, our family grew up in the same neighborhood in Santa Fe, Daniel St. So many fond memories of the Padilla family, Marcellino, Estella, the girls, Betty Jean, Helen, Cecilia. My niece who now lives in the Padilla house saw the obituary in the New Mexican. I just had to say to Stella's family how sorry I am for your loss. It has been many many years since we saw Estellita as I knew her,I know she will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Our Condolences.

I'm so sorry for your loss. She was a sweet and loving person. I always loved heaing her stories of her family especially when she met her husband and when then got married. How much she enjoyed Pat and I taking food every so often for the girls. She loved her chicken. Last time we took KFC, I asked her how her food was? and said I'm in heaven. I will always cherish the memories I have of her. She will be missed a whole bunch. She will always be in my heart.....
