I met Wilt in 1972, when he came to see me perform in a nightclub in the San Fernando Valley. He invited me to the grand opening of his FABULOUS new house, and we became buddies. I only saw him a few more times before his death, and I must say he was a very sweet man, and a GOOD GUY. We all miss your smiling face and great laugh, Wilt!

I met Wilt when I lived in Venice Beach CA., in the early 1970's and played racket tennis with him, 1 time only, as he completely covered the entire court, without moving! I was 5'8" tall and, being Irish, I was as white as white can be. I remember us sitting on a bench, near the beach. We stretched out our legs and marveled at his height, the similarity of our legs, except his were several feet, or maybe yards longer. We admired our skin tones. He was charming, affable, and very funny. I am sad he is not with us. But, he is with a higher power. God Bless.
