I had the pleasure of flying with Mr. Rossi in 1962 as a navigator for Flying Tiger Airline.
Dick was a calm, no nonsence guy who was as friendly with us new hires as he was with the other three AVG pilots who we occasionally flew with.

I was honored to fly with him and if it had been requested would have done so for free just to get to know he and his three other compatriots.
