I just celebrated my 31st birthday and my mom and I were talking about when I was born. It was March 1978, I was 9 weeks premature and gave Dr. Hodgman a run for her money more than once. It was the year the TV show "Lifeline" filmed Dr Hodgman's life and career. I was/am BABY Hightower. I now have a healthy family of my own - four beautiful children and a loving husband. Thank you for your love, dedication and pioneering of premature medicine.

Joan was a friend and a God sent for all three of my sons. She saved their lives and helped them live beautiful rewarding lives. Thank you so much for your Love and concerns.
Your daughters and grandchildren are a tribute to you.
