Sharon L. Saunders, 63, of South Point, Ohio is now resting in peace with the Lord on Monday (November 3, 2008). The Jackson, Ohio native was born July 26, 1945, the daughter of the late George and Helen Sheline Leach. She is survived by her husband, Terry Saunders, whom she married March 18, 1969.
Mrs. Saunders was a 1963 graduate of Jackson High School, was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church in Huntington, West Virginia and a homemaker.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday (November 6, 2008) at Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 South Seventh Street, Ironton, Ohio with Rev. David Richards officiating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 10-11 AM at the funeral home.
