God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be, so H put His arms around you and whispered :come to Me." With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away, although we loved you dearly we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us He only takes the best. Author Unknown.

What a brave young woman you was
she loved her two boys so much everyone are so proud of you.
I hope the 2 little boys grow up knowing how wonderful their mum was

We were from the same area and had similar backgrounds, I always felt a connection with Jade, she was an inspiration to many and did more in her few short years than some do in a lifetime. May she rest in peace in the knowledge that she did everything she possibly could to make sure her boys are provided for. Sleep peaceful Jade you were loved by many and will be missed.
