I WAS SADDENED WHEN THIS STORY FIRST BROKE.
SUCH A HANDSOME, TALENTED YOUNG MAN IN THE PRIME OF HIS LIFE TAKEN SO SUDDENLY. I HAVE
CHILDREN AROUND THE SAME AGE AND MY HEART GOES OUT TO HIS FAMILY. NO PARENT WANTS TO BURY A CHILD. GOD HAD OTHER PLANS FOR THIS SPECIAL YOUNG MAN. THEY ALWAYS SAY THE GOOD DIE TOO YOUNG. HE IS SURELY IN A BETTER
PLACE. REMEMBERING THE FAMILY AND THE SOUL OF THE FAITHFULLY DEPARTED IN MY PRAYERS.

No memory of this young man. My sons were once this young and I wish Nick had been given the change to age with his family.

I met Nick last year in Tacoma while I was there to watch my son Matt Brown play ball. I remember his big beautiful eyes. I also briefly met his Aunt at the game. My heart aches for you all. I know no words can ease your sorrow or pain. I have read many of the wonderful things written about Nick, he was an wonderful young man and that you can be so proud. May God welcome your wonderful son with open arms.

What an amazing celebration in heaven there must have been on Easter weekend when the Lord received Nick into His loving arms. Nick is an inspriration for us all to develop our gifts and talents as he did and to make the most of our God-given ability. How exciting is it to know that one day we can see him again and other winners as well. Blessings to Nick and his friends that lost their lives and those they left behind.

The California baseball team may have lost one of theirs; but the Lord gained his "Angel". My deepest sympathy for the family.
