I have seen you, when you were born in Mauban Balungao, Pangasinan,Phil. I baby sat you in Santol, Quezon City. I remember you like to put sampaguita bud in your nose,to smell like Inang. We slept and took a nap together.I have to run after you so that I can trim your hair. You were like a pro when Mamang sent me to buy groceries in Galas, Q.C.I said "You know how much her change? It's easy, madali lang naman! and smiled w/ confidence.'Accompanied you to enrol at St Joseph College with the unforrgettable experienc.I have seen you grow from childhood to adulthood from Kapiligan, SantaClara, CA to Stockton, CA. You were like my sister I was happy & excited, everytime you mention you have suitors.Until you married Mariano Pil & had Jeremy an addition to ourTobias Clan. You were thoughtful, loving and firm. Even when you were in Dumaguete City, never falter to call me when I was in the hospital. Thank you for the happy, unforgetable memories we shared. You will always be in my heart! I will miss you a Lot!! Ading Ko!!Sufferings is over,Everlasting life with our Lord Jesus Christ!!

Donna - Your KINDNESS will never be forgotten. You are always there to help us and others when needed. We admired your ability to always SHARE to those needing assistance and help. Inspite of your deep pain caused by your health, you have always been smiling and shown your humorous trait. During my birthday in May, you called and greeted me - Happy Birhday Uncle! That is you - a very THOUGHTFUL person to your family and friends. You have always consulted me with your personal issues and problems. I am glad that i have known and associated with you since you were born. I have witnessed how you have grown and developed into an intelligent and beautiful person - from your grade school days at St. Jospeh's College, to your high school days at Quezon City High School, your BSN grduation at the University of Santo Thomas and your joining us as a Registered Nurse in California. We have very high hopes for you and you did not fail us. I remembered very well that you took and read my small book - GOD IS LOVE - while i was a student at La Salle Univ. You mentioned to me at that time that you liked the content of the book. I now realized that with the life that you have lived, that book has guided you to what you are now. You have always expressed your admiration to my being smart in school, but you did not know you are smarter in many ways. You have chosen to be a REGISTERED NURSE, a very fitting career to your character traits - LOVING and CARING. We often talked and agree of how we as a family struggled and succeed inspite of our difficulties in life. Please know we are ALL very PROUD of what you have achieved in your life. You are a great wife to Gere, loving son to Jeremy and a very caring person to all of your relatives and friends. We will remember and MISS you forever. Donna, we love you very much. LOVE - Uncle Gody, Luart & Alfred.

SO LONG FOR NOW
You look so peaceful lying there
With your hands folded upon your chest.
You look like you are sleeping
But you are at eternal rest.
So Long For Now.
Not a hair out of place,
Your make-up nicely done,
A beautiful smile upon your lips -
When someone special passes on
It does not mean they are gone,
Though they are no longer with us
Their memory still lives on.
It hurts so much to lose a cousin -
Especially one that is trustworthy and kind.
DONNA you were that special cousin,
A rare and special find.
Donna, you will always be with us,
In spirit and in mind.
You will always have a special place in our heart
Forever until the end of time.
Donna, We will not say "Good-bye".
This is not the end.
So we will just say, "So long..."
Until we meet again.

Auntie Donna,
I have many fond memories of the time we have spent together. From my numerous trips to California, to the time you graced us with your presence in Vancouver for my sister's debut in 2004. But,the time I will most cherish was when you took the time to take my parents and I around Dumaguete when I made me return home to the Philippines in 2008.
Auntie, I am certain you have many admirable traits, but the one that comes to mind when I hear your name, is how you would always sacrifice your time for the benefit of others.
You will forever be missed Auntie, but I know you are in heaven smiling down on us.
My thoughts and prayers are with you Uncle Gere, and Jeremiah.

Sis. Madonna, you have been like our older sister and a cousin to us. You have taught us to live a life full of hopes and of love. You kept reminding us that there is always joy, peace and fulfillment in our lives when we are in Christ, even when we sometimes face life's challenges ...Thank you very much for sharing that to us. We love you very much and you will be sorely mised.
