We are sorry to hear of the death of this great adventurous and historical lady. I had the privilege of sitting at her table with her and her daughter, Karen at an Explorer's Club dinner held in D.C. and hosted by Robert and Deb Hyman. A very enjoyable and interesting opportunity and I feel honored to have met and visited with her. Am sure she will be forever missed and long remembered not only by her family, but also, by all who were fortunate to meet her.
