I am presently teaching at the old Votech now called Worcester Technical high school. I was searching the web for the correct spelling of his name because I mentioned him in my portfolio I am creating. I have been selected at Worcester Technical High School teacher of the year and I included Mr Hirst in my speech and the positive influence he had on me as a young man. Frank was a very honorable man, someone who was always a good friend, a devoted husband, and father.
I must say, he was one of the finest men I've ever known. Everyone loved him!
