Dear Rich & Steven, I was so sorry to hear about the passing of your beloved wife and mother. I was a neighborhhod childhood friend of Jan's; I have many fond memories of lazy summer days just singing together literally in her Mom's linen closet, climbing the dirt piles behind her house, and just hanging out together. I was so glad to read of her life in the Lord. I too became a Christian, so we all share the hope

Rich, I am truly saddened to hear of Jan's passing. She has been in my prayers these last few months as I learned of her illness. To this day, she remains one of my favorite managers. She was wonderful to work with and I credit much of my success to Jan's belief in me so long ago. My sincerest sympathies to you, Steven and the entire family.

Dear Rich and all of Jan's family,
Jan was one of the first friends I made when I was the new kid in our third grade class. When I look back on grade school, high school, and college I will always remember Jan. She was so much a part of my life during those years. I still have the little Raggedy Andy doll that she gave me for Christmas nearly forty years ago. I am so sorry that she is gone.

I've had the pleasure of working for Jan in the past. She was one of the nicest people I know, and she will be sorely missed.

Rich and Steven. Words cannot express my sadness. Jan was a wonderful person in every way. The reason I believe in God and Heaven is because there has to be a reward for people as good as Jan.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Jan’s passing. I was a member of her staff during her years at Bank One. Even in that earlier stage of her career Jan managed to bring together all the best qualities in her role – compassion, optimism, enthusiasm, sincerity, vision and adaptability, just to mention a few that are seldom found together in one person. She was a natural and talented leader and it was a privilege to be in her organization. The world has lost a wonderful human being.

My sincerest regrets for the Rossman family. Rich, some of my fondest memories with Jan were when we were on the road converting another bank to our systems. It was fun because it was with Jan. Not a month goes by that I don't think of her with fondness, she had a very positive impact on my life. I will always carry that and wanted to say thanks to God for sharing with all of us. All of her friends from B1 are saddened. Our prayers are with you. Ron, Pat, Joey, and Lukas Edgington
