I first had the pleasure of meeting my friend, Bobby when he was in grade school. My mom owned Shoshone Office Supply & Bobby's dad rented an office from mom above the office supply. He blew all of us girls away when he came in to make copies of the school paper that he was "publishing." He was so articulate, & somewhat serious. Bobby was raised by a family that could afford to spoil him rotten...however, his parents obviously chose to introduce he & his sister, Faith to be independent and kind to all people & to respect the earth & all it has to offer. I was privileged & honored to frame many of Bobby's wonderful photos when I owned a frameshop in Cody. He was always considerate, thoughtful & appreciative of my work. He even taught me a few things about color (or lack of!) to enhance artwork. My sons received many helpful hints from Bobby when they rock climbed together. Bobby was always asking me how the boys were doing, & if they were doing "any climbing." The world is going to miss a truly wonderful human being, & I am one of many, many people who are going to miss his presence, but thankfully his legacy & photos will live forever.
