Gary was a good friend. He had an infectuous smile and sense of humor. He carried many of us through what we thought were hard days in high school. He sang like a lark.

Gary and I had many happy memories sining int he Glee Club together; he is already missed.

I just found out about his untimely death; I only wish I had had the opportunity to tell him how truly great a person he is/was.

I cannot imagine a better friend, a better classmate and a better person.

Go in God's peace, Gary.

I just heard of Gary's passing and I am shocked.
I remember Gary back when he worked at the family place, Motor Rim & Wheel in Montebello, CA. His Father went to school with my Father and signed his yearbook. We were friends for a long time.
Gary was a wonderful, kind, warm, & generous friend. Even though I didn't know him of late, I will miss him very much

It is a distinct honor and pleasure to say that I knew Gary Disano! To work with him was always enjoyable as he was to consummate pro. Gary has a distinct quality in which he dealt with people no matter the situation and always maintained a sharp sense of humor. He is a “class” individual and whenever we met with him, his brother Larry, and his father “Mr. D” it was an extremely meaningful exchange of ideas and a lesson in the state of the world in which we strived to make a living, at that point in time, the automotive aftermarket parts business. He served the industry, whether it was the automotive or the industrial market, with passion and gusto. The world and the industry have lost a great ally.

I just learned today of the passing of this wonderful person. I worked for him several years ago at Century Wheel and Rim. He was the kind of person that quietly gained your respect.

I remember him traveling while in so much pain, although he would never admit to how bad it actually was. But he kept going because of his commitment to his company, the Tournament of Roses, and numerous causes.

Rest in peace Mr. DiSano.
