I remember watching him in WWF when I was younger which my step-dad and at the boy dormitory where I lived in which the boy students tended to watch WWF on Saturday mornings or Sunday mornings especially, I ve always remember Lou Albano with his famous rubber bands hanging on his moutache and beard. I thought it was hilarious! I ve totally forgot about him cuz' he was kinda of disappeared from the tv show.. till tonight, I was checking his name out which his death accounced on the MSN and he brought me flash back and remembered him well! Rest his soul.. Hope he had a good life.. God speeds..

I started working for Carl Albano in 1984 at the age of 14. Captain Lou who is Carl's dad would come into the office out of the blue just to say hello. At first because of my age, I was kinda afraid of him by his looks, but then I came to realise that he was a really kind man who loved his family and friends. His family sure do follow in his kindness & good will. Although he is no longer with us may his great memories live on forever.

Growing up in the eighties and my parents going through a divorce Capt. Lou was a guiding light for me to watch wrestling and escape for a while. God Bless you and thanks.
