To Bob, Mike and the entire Simpson family. I was unable to attend the services, because of a health matter, but I wanted all of you to know how special Walter was to Joan and I. I loved to watch him play gin rummy with all the old geezers at North Hills. I loved the way he slow played them to death, and then win the hand with that mischevious smile.
I loved just to talk with him, and will always

I don't know anyone who ever impressed me more with his wisdom in life than Walter Simpson. To me, he was and always will represent the perfect blend of a smart businessman, a true friend, and a devoted family man, all in equal parts. I will always cherish my memories of him. My family and I will always be grateful for every kindness and jewel of wisdom that was ours from knowing this wonderful man.
Deepest Sympathies,
Terry Trent
