Memories & Candles
As a 12 year old looking for his first motorcycle, I traveled from Gurdon to 3925 Asher Ave, Richards Harley shop in 1956 met and talked with Mr. Richards and his wife Lou. I did not have a lot of money to spend but he and Lou fixed me up with a 1948 model 45 that was in great shape. That was the first of 4 Harley that I bought from Mr. Richards. The Lowe family are aviators as well

I want to thank each of the Richard's family for the friendship you showed me. DW was "one of a kind" and I have many memories of our adventures. Each generation will leave its legacy in Little rock and beyond. I am sorry for your loss----

We slept on the floor for a month in

My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time of loss.
Needless to say, Dan was a unique individual that touched the lives of many for a very long time. He was considered a friend of the family before I met him in the early 60's when I was just a young teenager. I have many fond memories of riding my motorcycle to his Harley/Honda shop on Asher and just "hanging around". Dan always made us kids feel welcome.
