Much Love and Light to Alicia's friends and family. She was a bright light to everyone that knew her. I feel the loss of KD sister even after all these years.

I wish I knew the right words to say. Alicia and I pledged Kappa Delta together nearly 18 years ago. She was always smiling. Being from GA I remember her FL accent that went with her beautiful smile. I am so sorry for your loss and my prayers are with all of you. God bless

I only met Alicia about a year ago but in that short time I found her to be such a kind, engaging, accepting and beautiful spirit. I enjoyed listening to her talk about her husband and kids with such joy and pride. It is hard to fathom this tragedy. Our thoughts and prayers are with Peter, Jackie and Christian.

Alicia would light up the room just by entering. She was one hundred and ten percent passionate about God, Family, her community and her friends both human and furry. You lived life to the fullest, always the first to dance or jump on the roller coaster and ride. We always envied the way you were so open hugging everyone, even strangers.... Love. Life’s single greatest risk. Life’s single greatest reward. Love captures your heart in a second and holds it for eternity. You have experienced a love without equal. You have had someone truly special in your life and mere words simply will not do.

We were so sorry to learn of this sad news. We had met Alicia through her sister, Elena, when they lived in Roswell, Ga. Our condolences to all the family. Bonna and Carl Aven

Alica, second mommy, I can't believe this happened. It's unreal and unfair. You were the most caring, loving person I have ever met in my whole life. Next to my own parents, I trusted you more than anyone. I remember going so many places with you and Jackie. I remember everything so clearly... and I will hold on to those memories forever. You were truly my second mommy and I will never, ever forget you. I love you and always will. Forever in our hearts, AKM.
