Dearest Uncle Mike, we know that you're in a better place smiling down on us, we can see your joking, happy face and are reminded of your thoughtful words that touched our hearts and lives. They say there is a reason, they say that time will heal, but neither time or reason will change the way we feel. For no one knows the heartache, that lies behind our smiles. We want to tell you something, so there won't be any doubt, you're so wonderful to thins of, but so hard to live without. Your memories I will always cherish especially the early morning calls. Our ten minutes chat lasted an hour. We will never ever forget the time you spent with us in 2007.
The blow is hard the shock severe
To part with one we loved so dear
Our loss is great, we'll not complain
