Penney was a wonderful person always cracking jokes to make you laugh I was very upset to see h er passing.She & Clifton were wonder neighbors always willing to lind ahand God Bless all of you and may she rest in peace .

Penny was so full of life that she made you smile even when she was in pain. She never gave up the fight and enjoyed her life and family to the fullest. She will be greatly miss by all.
