Dearest Family, Coach Chuckle Carter will be missed by all of the tennis enthusiasts of all callibers and ages at Columbia Basin Racquet Club and Richland High School. Granted, those years were quite a while ago, yet we will always remember his whistling jingles, his academic humor, and his clever tennis playing and chuckle.
