My deepest sympathies to all of Mr. Wolk's family and to The Hall and Oates band members. I just learned about T-Bone's passing while looking up some Hall and Oates trivia facts. He was such a talented musician. Eternal rest grant unto Tom Wolk, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen. Saint Cecilia, patron saint of musicians Pray for Tom. With a Heavy heart, Lily Knaier Jacksonville, Florida

I remember us playing as children and riding his turtle. We also made our first holy communion together. Tommy mom was my godmother. His family and ours were always together when we were young. You will be missed. Marilyn

one night Tommy and two friends came to my house while Jimmy Fucks, Kenny Hale my brother Joe and I were rehearsing.
They asked if they could play something on our instruments, to this day I cant get my jaw off the floor! We did not believe the sound that came from Tommy and two unknown players

He was and will always be a household name. The way this talented man played his music and his endless talent made all of Hall and Oates unlike no other band. So much he contributed and his style, groove and musical energy propelled H/O to the top. What a sad tragedy. Daryl, after reading about his passing brought tears and such a lump in my throat. He will be missed.

T Bone, the fact that you meant so much to so many says it all. Hope you're jammin' with all the big ones up there, because you won't be forgotten here.

I'm going to the show next weekend in Atlanta, and it WILL be different without the "man with the hat on"...

There is going to be a lot of emotion in the air/music. Yes, the show must go on.

You are missed Bro!

About four years ago Daryl and John were playing a show at the Soaring Eagle Casino in Michigan. After the show my friend and I were hanging out and dumping money into the slot machines when I turned around and saw Tommy standing there. I turned to approach him, but looking in his eyes I froze like a deer in the headlights. My heart thudding and my brain turing to mush. As you may be able to tell I've had a crush on him from my early teens. I literally couldn't think of one thing to say. He saw me staring, probably with my mouth hanging open and closed the 10 foot or so distance. I stammered out how happy I was to meet him and how his music changed the way I will forever hear music. He smiled so selflessly and said, "We are just a bunch of sweaty old men doing what we love. I am the lucky one to have people like you listening." What a rare soul, wonderfully kind man and magical musician. I will miss him for as long as I have ears to hear others play, well, but not like Tommy.
