I will never forget when I was a little girl and was sick and my mama picked me up from school and took such wonderful care of me. I actually loved being sick coming home to a bed with fresh sheets and lunch brought to me in bed and the TV turned on. Mama was always there for me all the time. We never without talking to each other on the phone at least 10-15 times a day. I have sooooo much more to say about my mama and that will come another time, but now I just wanted to Honor My Mama in Heaven and I know she is spending Mother's Day with her Mama! I will love you forever and I thank you for letting me feel your spirit within me every second of everyday! Mama, you have been a blessing to everyone that was lucky enough have met you. Of all the billions of people in this world, I am the lucky one to have you as my Mama!!!! I will love you forever and keep you in my heart always. I remember soo many things she used to tell me. Maria "Life is a bowl of Cherries" and she always would talk to me about relationships. The wisest woman I know in regard to that. Her and her Freddie. She gave me lots of secrets

Your in Heaven now and will be missed. You beauty lives in my heart and in my mind every day and there you will forever stay until we meet again some day. Enjoy the peace and feel no pain and pay no mind to the drops of rain. For it is only saddened tears from eyes that pain that they'll never see there Eva again. Ears that will no longer hear your voice and hearts that will no longer have a reason to rejoice. For a flower was plucked from us on this day to be replanted so far away. Placed in a garden so high up in the sky that only special people go when they die. Your a beautiful flower strong and ready to grow and everyone there will be lucky to know. Remembered today,tomorrow and never forgotten for Eva Nell there ain't no stoppin. Smile down on us and show us the way so that we may all be back together again someday. Eva was absolutely THE most incredible person I have ever known and I am heartbroken to have lost her.

We are all thinking of and praying for you at this sad time. There are too many wonderful memories of our times together as a family growing up. From "bombs away" to "the wicked witch on the garage roof, pickels, tomato juice, tunafish and coke, and singing "when the red red robin comes bob, bob bobbin along", in the mornings. I am so grateful and feel so blessed that we got to make the trips to see you all in Florida the past few years. I can't imagine my 2 girls, Kelsey and Bailey not getting to know my loving Aunt Eva and the warmth and love they were shown by her and Uncle Fred when we came. They will always remember the, "worlds best meat loaf" Aunt Eva made for them. Not to mention the "first" piano/organ lesson Bailey ever had. She now plays the piano because of those first lessons. I think the time we sat around the dinner table talking about how we all met as couples says it all. uncle Fred was telling the story of himself as a young soldier down south, standing at a dance at the base. Then he looked accross the room and saw Aunt Eva for the first time. With tears in his eyes he told us...." she was the most beautiful girl I had ever seen". After all their years together.....what more can I say. That's how we all felt about her! We love you Aunt Eva our lives were richer and filled with love because of you. Your relationship with Uncle Fred, will always be an inspiration to all us Roses. We love you all and hope that all the wonderful memories help to comfort you at this difficult time. What a sense of humor. We would laugh hysterically at the smallest things like "Red Alert". Underneath her sweet exterior was the heart of a lion. I believe there are few people on this planet who could have battled her devastating illness as well as she did. Seriously, she was Rocky, ready to go another 15 rounds. Fred was Mick, he nourished and encouraged Eva, allowing her to fight round after round. What a team. What incredible courage they both displayed. We all loved her and will miss her. Her legacy will live on in the people whose lives she touched. Bye Eva. Love you.
