Memories & Candles
I think I am finally ready to write this... 20 years of friendship and memories, laughter and learning, from both Rick and Debbie, has been and will continue to be something that Ken and I value beyond words. The support and trust in our business relationship easily transistioned to our friendships and frankly, I should have listened to Rick and Debbie when they told me to marry ken 20 years before I actually did!!!! Thanks to both of you for

Rick Johnson was a wonderful person, full of life and integrity. It was a pleasure working for him and his company. He always took care of his employees and was a fair and just person. I will miss him.

My heartfelt condolences to Debbie and the family. I've lost touch over the years but often thought of Rick and his unerring instinct. He was a valued counselor as I learned more about the advertising world, and he will always be an inspiration to me in the way that he stood up for what he believed in for our community.

Debbie and family - My sympathies to you on Rick's death. I am proud to have been one of your team and consider my time at the agency to be one of the high points in my professional life.
Though I have many memories and stories of specific experiences at the agency, one about Rick is always foremost.
He had assigned one of the artists for some asap changes and it was that person's turn for kitchen duty.

My fondest memories and great respect for Rick will always be with me, and my sincerest thoughts are with you Debbie and family over this loss. Take comfort in knowing you will all be together again and Rick will forever be with us all. For now, he is waiting for you at the clubhouse, waiting to tee off at the most beautiful course you can imagine.
Warmest regards,
Gary

I learned a lot about advertising in New York City but I didn;t know how to translate that to New Mexico when I moved here in 1986. Rick and Debbie were ofcourse the first people I introduced myself to..Rick brought that NYC professional ability to New Mexico - but more, he taught me just by watching him form the sidelines, the way he and Debbie worked - and cared- about something I could never learn on Madison Ave. He taught

Dear Debbie,
We were so sorry to hear about Rick’s passing last week, and we want to send you our deep sympathy.
We first met both of you through your activities at UNM, and the work that your company did for UNM endures to this day. Not only were you some of the best friends that UNM had, but you and Rick went out of your way to be friends to us. The President’s position is often a lonely one

Debbie and Family
I am very sorry about your loss. Debbie; I only met you at the last meeting of the Advisory Board in Kansas City. I enjoyed your comments and your insight about the economy and the industry and area that you represent.
Somewhat knowing what you have been through over the past few years (I lost my wife to cancer about 8 years ago) I can only relay that keeping your faith in life, and the good that is around

Debbie, there aren't enough words to tell you how sad I feel. I wish I could be there, if only to give you a hug and listen to wonderful stories. Mom and Elizabeth send prayers your way from Houston. You are in my thoughts and prayers, my old friend.
