I loved Mr. Molec "ule" . He had a lasting impression on me from his great chem class - I still have my notebook 33 years later! I was just talking about him a couple of days ago - loved that chemistry nickname. I had him about the time sweet emotion came out from Aerosmith, we used to sing sweeeeet emulsion :)

He was a great teacher!

Mr. Ule was the most sincere, entertaining and dedicated teacher I had at BHS. May his family take comfort and pride in the countless number of young students he molded and guided. Rest in peace, Mark.

I had Mr. Ule for Honors Chemistry my Sophomore year of high school. I'll never forget taking notes from the blackboard that looked more like a work of art than Chemistry formulas (he always wrote in different colors of sidewalk chalk- the boring white just would not do). His sense of humor always helped to make a subject that many struggled with enjoyable. He was an amazing teacher who gave so much to his students and will be greatly missed by all who came into contact with him over his years at Bay High School.

I am a graduate of the 2005 class of Bay Village. I was a student of Mark Ule's for honors Chemistry.

Mr. Ule was one of a handful of teachers in my life that left a lasting impression on who I have become today. I struggled in high school with depression and I can remember his compassion in my time of pain. He did what great teachers did best; teach students to be more empathetic, to be more curious, and

I had Mark for Science Major Chemistry and Advanced Placement Chemistry, and he was truly a gifted teacher. May his memory be eternal, and may those who mourn his passing find peace.

Mr Ule was my 10th grade chemistry teacher, and he was just fun. I will always remember the day that he set off a fireball in our chemistry class. He made it fun! He was always really supportive of his students and will be sorely missed.

His Socrates lecture on the first day of class did more for me than any philosophy course or reading I've done since. Mr. Ule knew himself and his subject, and he knew a surefire way to get others there: ask questions, and take Mozart as your soundtrack! He was part of the inspiration that led me down the track of teaching at the college level, and he remains one of my most-admired role models.

I never had Mr. Ule as a teacher but I always heard fantastic things about him and saw the light he brought into many student's lifes. May he rest in peace.

More than ten years ago I was a student in Mr. Ule’s Science Major Chemistry class, and I will never forget his personality, his caring attitude, and all that he taught me both about chemistry and about life in general. When I first met Mr. Ule it was to get his authorization to take his course, because at that time I didn’t have the necessary math background even though I wanted to take the course. He agreed, and said that

I am so sorry to learn of Mr. Ule's illness and death. He was far too young.

My senior year I landed in Mr. Ule's chemistry class. I was afraid I wouldn't do well and so I took the class pass/fail which took the pressure off, but it also miffed Mr. Ule. It is a credit to his teaching that I actually would have gotten a good grade had I not gone pass/fail.

There are so many things I can't remember about
