My sincere sympathy to you on the loss of Jay. I served with SSG Glick in the Iowa Army National Guard and remember him as a friend who always had a good word and a smile for everyone. Hold on to the memories... he will be greatly missed.

I served with Jay in Afghanistan in 2004-2005. Jay was always hard working, upbeat, and a pleasure to be around. I was honored to serve with him and to know him.

Please accept my condolences and know that Jay made a difference.

I was proud to call Jay my cousin. I remember one night in particular out patronizing a local establishment with Jay on one side and my cousin Steve on the other. I thought that was a lot of fun. But most of all I just remember looking up to Jay with great respect and highest regards for the sacrifices that he made in serving this country. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the whole family.

My prayers are with you at this terrible time. Remember all the fun times. Losing a child has to be the most horrible thing that can happen to anyone. You have lots of friends and family to help you get through this tragedy.
