The Dance (GARTH BROOKS)

Looking back on the memory of
The dance we shared beneath the stars above
For a moment all the world was right
How could I have known that you'd ever say goodbye
And now I'm glad I didn't know
The way it all would end the way it all would go
Our lives are better left to chance I could have missed the pain
But I'd of had to miss the dance
Holding you I held everything

They say that time heals all wounds, time goes by and the pain lingers.... I can only hope that you are happy and at peace where you are. I miss you terribly! As I am getting ready to go to Albuquerque, I can't stop thinking of the day I came to see you for the last time. You stayed up late waiting for me to come home. If only I could see you again...
Have a wonderful day where you are and know that you'll never be forgotten.
Love always, Maduda

Cher papa,

Today I remember you in a very special way.

As tears flow down my face, I can hear you whisper into my ear this Andrea Bocelli’s song: “Because We Believe.”

I remember your last dream you shared with me in the hospital room the day they implanted a port in your chest to help with drawing blood and to help with chemotherapy.

You told me that you were dreaming that we were visiting Italy and, that you were showing

My dear Ekofo, is is only now that I am able to think about our life together in a peaceful, loving and positive way. I am avoiding the horrible memories of your illness and they are buried in a room in my mind far away.
We had a good life together. We shared so many good times, love and laughter, partys, music, going on picnic in Jemez, going to Taos, Going to walk at Rio Grande Nature center, going to

Professor Ekofo made a huge impact on my life; by encouraging me to pursue a degree in economic or accounting. I chose accounting. He was one of my favorite professors; so, understanding, helpful and kind. My love and prayers go out to the family. I wish I would have known sooner. He is a great man, and I feel blessed that I was able to meet and know him. God Bless your family.

Happy Father's Day to my One And Only Daddy Ekofo Sokombe Louis.

Thinking of you and cherishing your memories on this special Day!

Looking forward to uniting with you in Heaven after I too complete my assignment on earth, by the grace of God, as successfully as you did.

Glory to God who gives and takes away, the everlasting father of us all.

Father, i can't begin to tell you how much more i miss you as the days go by. My pain has turned into anger. I keep asking myself why you left us so early. I think of you endlessly, and the pain keep growing greater and greater. You said to me that this is how you were with your father;please tell me how you did it? Because i can't. It seems like my world ended the day i realized that
