I sit here wondering what to write. Donna and I met in church. She became my "college mother" back then. She would always fix me lunch on Sundays while Paul and I played chess in the den. We suffered the loss of her dad, and then Paul, together. We prayed together, laughed together, and, yes, even cried together. I will miss this incredible woman of God. She touched my life deeply, and Im sure her memory will continue to do so as well.

I am speechless when I received word that Donna had passed away. She had such a beautiful spirit and I have nothing but fond memories of the bible studies that my husband and I attended years ago with she and Bill. My heart is deeply saddened that I will not get to see her again in this life but I am assured that she is in heaven with my mother and they are on their faces worshiping Christ our Savior. What a wonderful place to be!

Donna was (and is) a very special lady who shared her love and the love of God to everyone who knew her. I am so glad to have had time to get to know her well. I only wish that the time had been longer. One day, we will dance together on streets of gold!

Donna was a part of my extended family for 18 years and is still a cherished friend. We had a delightful visit with Bill and Donna in our home a year after hurricane Katrina. It was very spiritually inspiring. Her memories will nourish anyone who knew her. Love, Betty Beatty
