Dear Pat,

Hard to believe that a "pronouncer" doesn't know what to say. I watched the video/pictures you put together, the photos broght back a lot of memories.

As the years have gone on, more than once I've seen a white van sitting in a truck stop, fairgrounds or "Steak & Shake" walked in and sure enough there would be John.

Johns was a lot of things to me, including my mentor and good friend.

He will be missed by all that knew him.

John will be missed. Have had dealings with him for many decades. In the last few years, he visited our show and announced for us. We passed many interesting times talking of the old days. Thank you Pat for keeping in touch with us.

Dear Pat: dear, dear Pat. I watched the video tribute to John and it was moving, sad, wonderful, and testament to a full and rich life. It was my great fortune to have met you both, to have worked with you, to have played with you, and to have learned from you. John's kindness shines through in the photos. Ever in my memory. My thoughts are with you dear Pat. Your colleague and friend in sorrow, CA (Carol) Cranston.

I'm so sorry to hear about John. At least he will not be worring about going on the road this year where his heart was. John was one of the last of the true thrill show producers and will be mist by all of the thrill show world who knew him.

My sincere condolance goes out to the family, Pat and Johnny.
