Jim,

We're friends of Jerry & Beckys and have
seen you periodically over the last several years. Please know that we have and will continue to pray for you. You
and Diane have been a constant source of blessed conversation among us. I know
God is faithful and has His arms around you at this time.

JIm and I had not known Diane for very long, but it was so apparent that she was a really good person who cared about people. We will always value the short time we spent with her.

I cannot imagine this world without Diane nor my life without her. We have been best friends for 34 years. She did so many things for me that it was hard to keep up!! Best of all: she introduced me to my husband, Conrad, and was my Matron-of-Honor. All my love and many wonderful memories go with her on her journey to a better place. c.j.

I hope I, too, will be able to say "What a ride!" when my time ends. Diane was indeed a "good one", and an inspiration. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Our thoughts, prayers, and condolences go out to the Waldrip family and friends. While only having met and spoken with Diane on a couple of occasions, she made me feel like I had known her for a long time. She impressed me with her passion and zest for life, caring attitude, and commitment to living a good and honest life. She is now with God and can now look over, watch, guide, and comfort Jim, her surviving family, and friends through this time of sorrow to a brighter tomorrow. God bless her and all.

Diane was the most positive and upbeat person I have ever known. She maintained her enthusiastic spirit and sweet disposition regardless of the adversity she faced. She was a joy. I was lucky and honored to have known her.

We have never had a friend like Diane. Every birthday, anniversary or special holiday, we always got these wonderful cards from her and it always made us feel like we were special. The really special one was her because she really understood how to be your friend. She will always be a part of our lives.
