Memories & Candles
The shy, friendly and well mannered Uncle Pete. The fondest memories I recall was the vivid love and care for his children. Always sporting his camera, he captured all of our faces through moments of time. Snapping pictures and sharing those memories throughout our family made us smile. Along with his loving, and always upbeat wife Connie,my Aunt, they were a match made in heaven. They always saw the good in everyone. They are now together in heaven making the angels smile. God Bless you Uncle Pete. You are missed today and yesterday.

The first day I met Pete while visiting Yvonne in Park Western, I parked in "his parking spot." The station wagon parking spot! He told Yvonne right in front of me, "Tell your friend to move his car!" I had broken rule #1. Little did I know that I would become his son-in-law. We became the best of friends. He's in "station wagon heaven now." THAT parking spot will be missed. I'll miss you Pete. Your Son-in- Law Arthur

Dear Daddy, Your "Chillona" knows you are at peace and with my momma now. DON'T WORRY about your family anymore.... I know we'll be under your watchful protection from up there. Until we're all reunited again. Love you Dad. Mary Yvonne P.S. Say hello to Mom, my Nina, and all my beloved grandparents!

Station wagons, pomegranates, tidepools, slideshows... All of these things remind me of the great times we had with you! You never failed us! Always drove to LA to pick us up so that we could "get away". You will forever be in my heart! Thank you for the great times we had. Now, it's your time to shine! Kick up your heels and dance all over the heavens with my Tia Chelo! Tell her I said that I'm STILL sprinkling LOVE on my food! I love you Uncle Pete! May you rest in peace!
