Papa you were one the the greatest people i have ever met i loved you like you were my blood and you loved me back as if i was your son. I look forward to the day when we all meet again in heaven. I know you will always be watching over us and smiling. We will all miss you so much but are glad you are now at peace.

To Claire and family,
I don't even know where to begin. So many years, and so many memories we share with your family. I remember fondly, anxiously awaiting the arrival of our family from Boston. Dad,
As I know you were watching today, your services went well and we tried to ensure everything was just the way you wanted it. I am so proud of you and how well respected and loved you are by so many people. I hope I can be at least half the Father you were to us. I love you so much! Brian

Oh brother, my brother, life will never be the same. Now there will be an emptiness in my life but not in my heart, for you will be there always.

I looked so farward to seeing the station wagon with all the cousins. We would to play outdoors until after dark each day. I remember the days like yesterday. We always had a pony or horse to give rides. I remember us kids going up the road in the field along state route 52 and

Ed was always encouraging. His step was bright, his eyes were clear and he always had kind words, regardless of how we might be stumbling over each other. An angel among us!
