Brian & Bekah, Laurie & Pat and all the sweet kids- I am so sorry about your Mom. We will be praying for you all. When I met Mrs. Medeiros, it felt like I had known her all my life. She was the kind of person who made you feel welcome every time you saw her. She always had a smile and showed her caring heart to me and my family. All my children enjoyed seeing her at family gatherings. We will truly miss her but know that we will see her again. That will be a glad reunion day!

Brian and Laurie, I am so sorry about your mother. She was such a sweet lady. I could not have wished for a better mother in law for Rebekah or a better grandmother for Katie and Ethan. We all loved her. I know your hearts are broken but try to confort youselves with knowing she is not in pain anymore. She was a tiny little woman but she fought a courageous battle. I feel blessed to have known her.

I cannot find the right words, but have always found comfort in this Irish prayer....."May the road rise to meet you. May the wind be always at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face. May the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again, May the Lord hold you in the palm of His hand."

MaTante Marie will surely be missed, her smile...never forgotten.
