I loved the little bit I knew of Laura from her blogs--strong, tender, funny. From the other side of the country, she encouraged me during my husband's deployment. I am so sad and sorry for your loss.

Dear Leslie and Gary

I just heard about Laurel and was devistated to hear the news. I am sorry to say I wasn't aware of her illness. I can't seem to find the right words to say at this moment but wanted you to know I am thinking about you and your family. I can't begin to know your sorrow but just wanted you to know I will keep you in my prayers. If there is ever, EVER anything I can do please call me.

With sincere regards

Linda (Parks)
