Dear Allison,

Pat and I so sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. Our friendship began in Grosse Pointe with the Lehmans. We visited Hong Kong a couple of times and were able to spend time with her again in Florida.

Your Mother was a terrific lady and we will all miss her. Please know that you and your family are in our prayers.

Your mother was like a sister to me. I spoke with her on Nov. 10, shortly before she lost consciousness. With all her personal health issues, most of our conversation centered around her concern for you and your health.

I lit a candle and said a mass for soul.
