I was sadden to hear of your mother's passing on today - January 14. Know that you are in my prayers. The Bible say, Trust in Him and lean not unto thine own understanding, because He makes no mistakes. He will step in and become a mother to you. Wish you peace as you go through this difficult time.

Dearest David, we just learned of Joan's passing this morning. We are so saddened by the news. We will be praying for you, the girls and the rest of your family. Death is not an easy thing to accept, even though we may think we are prepared. Joan had such a wonderful life with you, your children and grandbabies. You have many happy memories. I worked with Joan @ Moore's. We became good friends. She gave me a beautiful handkerchief that I carried on my wedding day in 1990. May she rest in peace.

I really hate to hear about your MOM. Our Moms were invited to a pain free party. My mom also passed on Dec 28 with kidney failure. WOW we can talk. We are all blessed that are love ones are completely out of pain and no more suffering. Its going to be hard, but you and I will make it. Blessings to you and your family.

Dave, I am so sorry for your loss. I know your pain and sense of loss, since my wife has been gone for nearly two years now. I remember our times at work and remember them fondly. God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Our friendship has meant so much over the past 45 years and Joan was an important part of my life. I will truly miss all the talks and advice that Joan provided over the years. May God's comfort be with Dave, Jane, and Jill.
